Jefferson, TX-based Blackburn Syrup challenged TricorBraunās (St. Louis, MO) design group to redesign its 24-oz clarified polypropylene syrup bottle. The extrusion-blown bottle is created from a six-cavity mold designed by TricorBraun.

PACK EXPO WEB EXCLUSIVE: Robert's Packaging is showing its IMFS 1500 intermittent motion fill/seal packager at its booth, S-444, at Pack Expo International 2004. Stand-up pouch system automatically fills and seals premade standup/zipper style bags. Machine accommodates a minimum pouch size of 4"" W x 6"" H x 1"" gusset through a maximum pouch size of 12"" W x 15"" H with a maximum gusset of 5"". A complete size changeover can be performed in approximately 15 min. Benefits include a compact footprint, increased flexibility, and an economical price. Machine is built on the same construction criteria as Robert's C-Series continuous motion systems.
