Spartech has introduced Packalloy™ Imagine 2-piece cup system, a container system for food products that combines high-performance plastic technology with the advantages of 2-piece convoluted mandrel forming.

Said to offer advantages over paper and molded or thermoformed plastic containers, including preprinting on flat sheets of extruded material for 100% coverage, various container sizes and shapes, and the freedom to design clear windows for product viewing. Available in TPX formula for ambient-temperature foods or TPCI cold-impact formula for refrigerated and frozen foods. Both versions use FDA-approved, PP-based polymers.
