Avery Dennison’s pack-on-pack tape allows attachment of 2 packages for promotional or bundling purposes, which can easily be separated by the consumer without exposed adhesive on either component of the package.

Exposed adhesives can cause contamination, storage, or safety problems. Patent-pending system consists of self-wound pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with perforations that are folded over during application, allowing the construction to split at the perforations when the packages are separated.
