Drop-and-weigh scale system
The single belt conveyor and scale receives a dropped bag or package from the kitting machine, weighs the package, and quickly moves it either to the accept or the reject bin, or take-away conveyor.
Accuracies to +/- 0.5 g, and rates up to 30 packages/min. can be achieved. Available in powder coated mild steel, or washdown rated all 304 stainless for food applications. Checkweigher gives the user 100% package inspection at a low cost.
