The 2-belt Beltweigh XC requires only 23 in. (570 mm) of valuable line space, making it ideal for existing production lines where space is limited. The integrated XC control is mounted to the front of the system. The low-profile user interface means the operator does not have to reach across the conveyor, keeping both the operator and products safer while allowing maintenance to be performed from one side of the machine.
Constructed on an all-welded, stainless steel frame, the unit is rugged and ready for food and other wet applications. The welded frame, with only four points of contact to the floor, simplifies installation and inspection. Open design gives personnel clear access to the area below the machine, making cleanup fast and efficient.
