The ILPRA ENERGY is capable of sealing a Family Style Tray one per cycle, and one to two #3 (Industry Standard) size trays per cycle. With the proper components, this model can achieve up to 200 cycles per hour with MAP and 300-400 without MAP (operator dependent). With up to 4 impressions per cycle (depending on tray size) this little machine can push out big production.

The ENERGY Tray Sealer offers a streamlined and dependable solution for food packaging, featuring a simple, easy-clean design with rapid and inexpensive changeovers achievable within 2-5 minutes. Engineered with an enhanced sealing force of 800 lbs, this model has been tested and approved for High Pressure Processing (HPP) quality seals, ensuring product integrity.

While not capable of skin packaging, running flat boards, or utilizing 10K film, it is available in sealing-only and MAP configurations, making it a practical solution for applications such as University Food Science programs seeking a user-friendly and efficient tray sealing method.
