Elsner Eng. Works (Hanover, PA) has redesigned its HS-800/OWH-800 rewinding and overwrapping production line. Designed for gift wrap, tissue, kraft paper and selected films, the rewinder can be used for core, coreless or sheet-stiffened rewinding.
