ARPAC, a supplier of end-of-line packaging solutions—specializing in engineered-to-order and complete integrated systems—and a subsidiary of Duravant LLC, acquired Extreme Packaging Machinery Inc. The acquisition expands Arpac’s product offering for secondary packaging equipment and enhances their technology position for shrink wrap systems.

“ARPAC constantly focuses on delivering the most advanced and innovative technologies in packaging machinery, and we found that in Extreme,” says Rick Allegretti, President of ARPAC. “We are confident that Extreme’s technology coupled with ARPAC’s infrastructure will deliver the best packaging solutions to our customers and partners.”
