Axon appoints Latin American sales, customer support manager

Axon promoted Jose Arroyo to Latin American sales and customer support manager to provide sales service activities for a growing customer base.

Pw 191751 Jose Arroyo Axon

Axon, powered by Pro Mach, promoted Jose Arroyo to Latin American sales and customer support manager. Axon is a manufacturer of automated heat-shrink labeling, tamper-evident banding, and stretch-sleeving equipment. Arroyo joined Axon in 2015 as Latin American customer support manager.

In his new role, Arroyo’s duties will be expanded to include a host of support activities—including the coordination of new and aftermarket products for the company’s Latin American customers, distributors, and agents. Jose will be working closely with senior Axon Latin American sales and customer support personnel and with the team at the Pro Mach shared services facility in Monterrey, Mexico. As Axon’s install base grows in this region, Arroyo will be responsible for ensuring all of the company’s Latin American customers and partners continue to receive the attention they need to help them be more productive and successful.

Prior to joining Axon, Arroyo served as senior operations manager for Vishay Precision Group. During his career in manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement, he held positions of increasing responsibility with Hospira, Challenge Printing, and Unilever, Inc. Arroyo earned a bachelor of science degree in business and marketing from the University of Rhode Island.
