At Reiser, we supply equipment to the food processing and packaging industry, and we're looking here at a beautiful Primus thermoforming machine, in this case, where we make a beautiful, reclosable super pack. We have a roll of film that we feed into the machine. We have our special rapid air forming system to form a very solid strong pack. Move into the loading zone where the product is loaded, this can happen manually or automatically. Once the product is in the pack, we bring it into our ceiling station again where we have a rapid air sealing system, special sealing system, very solid, very fast. We bring in a top film, and, in this case, a zipper for the reopening feature. We can evacuate and gas in that ceiling station in order to extend the shelf life of your product and after that, we move further, in this case, we have a roll of the zipper material that has been brought into the ceiling station, and we have our Vario label system.
The system in this case puts a sticker and edit label on the top and the bottom film. We can print shelf life data, pack data, etc. on the pack. And once that is done, we have a cross-cut system and a length-cut system, you see it's all protected. The machine will stop if the doors are being opened and the beautiful thing about this cage is that you do not have to carry around with safety covers you can simply open and have a safe situation to work on the machine. Once that is done, the pack will come out of the machine and you will have a beautiful easy-open and reclosable pack with an enhanced shelf life for your product.
