Bartelt, a ProMach product brand and longstanding specialist in horizontal pouching and cartoning systems, is set to make waves at PACK EXPO 2025 with the debut of its new MAG-B Horizontal Form Fill Seal (HFFS) Machine in Booth W-1130, September 29 – October 1, at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

For decades, Bartelt has been at the forefront of pouching innovation. At this year’s show, attendees will get hands-on access to powerful packaging solutions that exemplify the brand’s commitment to efficiency, flexibility, and performance across a range of industries—including food, confectionery, pet care, and household goods.

MAG-B Horizontal Form Fill Seal

Headlining Bartelt’s PACK EXPO lineup is the new MAG-B Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machine, a highly flexible, easy-to-use solution with rapid changeovers of 15 minutes or less to deliver maximum output.

The MAG-B leverages magnetic linear track technology to produce high-quality pouches from roll stock film. It features a patented magnetic bag clamp that can be repositioned to accommodate different size pouches. Its unique dual-side form fill seal process allows pouches to be formed, filled, and sealed on both the front and back sides of the machine, significantly reducing the overall footprint while maintaining high speeds of up to 150 pouches per minute.

The MAG-B supports simplex, duplex, and triplex configurations and is compatible with a variety of pouch styles, including roll stock, gusset bottom, Delta Pac stand-up, and DOY stand-up. This versatility makes it ideal for snacks, candy, powders, cheese, jerky, and many other products.

The MAG-B is part of Bartelt’s MAG Series, a versatile family of machines that can run a wide range of pouch sizes, from convenience store formats to larger club sizes. All MAG Series machines are capable of running eco-friendly films to support customers’ sustainability goals.

BIC-L Cartoner (Formerly the IMC Cartoner)

The BIC-L is an intermittent motion, servo-driven horizontal end-load cartoner designed for high-efficiency cartoning of packaged food, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, and other products.

Engineered with a multi-head rotary carton feeder, servo-driven product insertion, and servo rotary flap tuckers, the BIC-L achieves speeds up to 60 cycles per minute. It’s designed for fast, simplified changeovers for maximum uptime and operational efficiency.

The BIC-L can handle a full range of products, including bags, pouches, trays, flow wraps, or various loose or stacked products. Available in three standard models (6”, 9”, or 12”), the BIC-L can seamlessly integrate into larger automated packaging lines to create a turnkey packaging system from a single source.
