The new divisions are: Aerosol Div. (formerly Advanced Monobloc), Tube Div. (formerly Victor Tube and Teledyne), and the International Div., which consists of CCL Container S.A. de C.V. (formerly Alustar) and CCL Envases Comerciales, S.A. (formerly Teledyne Envases Comerciales, S.A.).
