Nalbach Engineering Co. has introduced the new Necosort-III third-generation plastic bottle unscrambler. Capable of sorting a range of bottle types, its design consists of a rotating vertical hopper and only two moving parts, one the discharge wheel and the other to sort and move bottles to the discharge wheel.
That means less maintenance and downtime. Unique design employs a sorting hopper that is turned vertically, significantly reducing the overall footprint of the system for easy integration into tight production areas. Easy-to-use touch screen is standard.
