Modular/king Packaging's (Pine Brook, NJ) cotton wool inserting machine provides accurate insertion into solid dosage pharmaceutical containers at speeds to 120 bottles/min.

Cotton and synthetic fibers are pre-set to a given length, then pushed into a container via a revolving tube. A second tamper assures correct insertion. Fits containers ranging in size from 1" to 4". Can be used with tablets, capsules, soft-gel capsules and caplets.
