Additionally, the strategic use of photo-eyes throughout the system demonstrates the capability to integrate efficient pack-height detection and sorting, while maintaining speed and throughput. The looping conveyor system is equipped with controls that allow for the sorting of like-packages into individual lanes, and, like all D&F conveyors, is built with open construction to allow for maximum cleanability while providing the best possible shielding for safety.
