Material is first conveyed via belt conveyor to a custom inlet hopper. A 2-way diverter valve then directs flow to either the bulk bag or small box filling system. Once diverted, the material flows into two custom vibratory feeders. Material is metered into the small box filling system which includes a scale for accurate fill points, and gravity rollers for filled box staging. Material will also be metered into a bulk bag/gaylord box filling system that features a gain-in weight platform scale.
