Unit addresses concerns related to the commonly practiced "forklift conditioning method" such as bag breakage, plant structural damage, forklift damage, or injury to plant personnel.

Our patented system utilizes hydraulically actuated pivoting conditioning arms with extended travel and features "v-shaped" tubular breaker profiles to efficiently return even the most severely agglomerated materials to a free-flowing state. System outperforms less durable opposing sheet metal platen designs.

The large, color, touch screen operator interface allows easy access to proprietary bulk bag and material conditioning parameters, full recipe management functions, system status, and manual mode controls. Unit features an ultra compact footprint and features perforated metal guards with load side light curtain for operator safety.
