Unit features a stainless steel filled head with food grade inflatable seal and outer dust control sleeve to allow for dust take-off. Included on unit is a stainless steel bulk bag inflation angled inlet port integral to the material inlet tube with an air actuated butterfly valve and amplifier. A 5,000# capacity scale system with summing box and stainless steel knife gate allow for product flow regulation.

Frame features manual frame height adjustment to provide for flexibility of bag size use and a manual bag strap attachment and release system. Robust construction with stainless steel conduit, stainless steel pneumatic piping, and quality components deliver reliable performance, and extended equipment life.
