Enercon Industries Corp.: Enercon Industries Corp.: Seal inspection

Enercon offers the ESP monitoring device to assist packagers in determining the performance and consistency of their induction sealing system. Unit measures and quantifies the performance or effectiveness of the induction field produced by a cap sealer.

The effectiveness of the seal is dependent on the interaction of conveyor speed, air gap, and the power setting on the cap sealer. Machine quantifies the interaction of these variables into a relative number that lets packagers know if the system is set up properly.
