Campbell Wrapper Corporation: Horizontal wrapper

Campbell Wrapper (De Pere, WI) offers the new Revolution IP inverted full-servo, horizontal fin-seal wrapper for difficult-to-handle products. Wrapper is designed to transfer products directly onto the film web that is presented to the film-forming plow from beneath the product infeed conveyor.

Machine has a sanitary modular design with cantilevered components and is designed to operate at speeds to 200 packages/min with standard sealing head. Allen-Bradley servo-motor and -drive controllers combine with ControlLogix 5000 Series PLC to control machine functions.
