Outsert adapter

Model RPP-221-0 from MGS Machine (Maple Grove, MN) uses a 90° adapter to apply outserts to either the top or sides of bottles, performing the tasks usually required by two machines.

It automatically feeds the outsert, applies hot melt and places the outsert at speeds to 120/ min. Can be fitted onto most conveyor lines. Handles both square and round bottles, in a range of sizes. Changeover requires no tools.
