The machine accepts bottles individually and places them into a specified configuration. They are then wrapped in PE film and passed though a heat tunnel. The bulk packages are subsequently removed from the conveyor, palletized, stretch-wrapped and warehoused, saving up to 30% warehouse space by pallet volume compared to corrugated cases, the company says.
