Pat Vincent, President and Chief Operating Officer of Arrowhead Systems has appointed Ed Fuchs as the company’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Fuchs will oversee the strategic direction of Arrowhead Systems’ sales and marketing teams. His focus will be on broadening the exposure of the company’s brands which include Arrowhead Conveyor, NeXtconveyor, Busse/SJI, Priority One, A&B Engineering Services, and Trillium Automation. Fuchs will also lead the sales team in expanding the company’s domestic and international market share in conveyors, material handling equipment, and service.

In addition to his sales and business development experience, Fuchs holds an engineering management degree from the University of Missouri-Rolla.

“Ed’s track record in business development and his extensive knowledge of the material handling industry will be valuable assets as we continue to grow our organization and product offerings,” says Vincent. “He is joining the company at an exciting time as we are preparing to unveil our new line of robotic equipment at the Pack Expo trade show in Las Vegas, September 28-30. Currently Arrowhead Systems’ conveyors and material handling equipment can be found in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, household products, container manufacturing plants throughout the world; but there is growth potential in many markets.

Grant has been part of the Arrowhead Systems organization since 1995. He started his tenure as the Service Manager for the Busse/SJI product line and later became the Sales Manager of Strategic Accounts for Arrowhead Systems. His most recent responsibility was Vice President of Sales and Marketing in which he successfully increased the strengths and capabilities of his departments. Prior to joining the Arrowhead Systems organization, Grant developed his technical background through sales management positions at both the Dallas Corporation and Englewood Electric. He holds a business administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

“Shawn has been an extremely valuable asset for our sales force, management team, and overall organization,” Vincent says. “For the past 20 years, he has consistently exceeded our expectations with every task he has been given.
