The unit uses HP thermal ink-jet technology to code primary and secondary packaging from the same system and multitask across as many as 4 production lines. Running at line speeds to 700’/min and requiring minimal conveyor space, coder uses a 42-cc ink cartridge. End users employ a digital menu driver for quick, easy operation in several languages. Prints date, time, and expiration codes and features a counter, repeat print, adjustable resolution, several font choices, programmable print direction, and programmable line speed.
