The Garvey Corporation of Blue Anchor, New Jersey, announced today that the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois has issued an order forbidding Barry-Wehmiller Design Group, Fleetwood Inc. and any subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions or related companies, from manufacturing, displaying, promoting, marketing, selling, shipping, distributing, or installing any of Fleetwood's CMAS product accumulators.
The Court found that it is "reasonably likely" that a jury will find that Fleetwood's CMAS accumulator products are covered by the claims of Garvey's patents relating to its Infinity® line of accumulator products.
