EVT Vision Technology GmbH introduces the contamination detection system (CDS) for monitoring cleanliness in cleanrooms.
EyeVision image processing software analyzes and defines particles. CDS monitors the type and amount of particles with witness plates, which can be placed at various locations in the cleanroom. Measurements include particle dimensions, deposited particle type, position on witness plate, and major and minor axis.
Features include resolution up to 8 micron/pixel and a measurement area of 2,700 mm². CDC meets ISO 14644 and VDI 2083. Image digitalization allows transfer to a PC or laptop.
