The EasyPrint i offers a floating suspension on its printhead to maximize substrate contact, and directly replaces conventional hot stamp and hot ink coders on all vertical form/fill/seal, cartoners and any intermittent motion packaging machines. EasyPrint i will provide savings by eliminating the high cost of preprinted webs and labels.

EasyPrint i offers high-quality printing of text and bar codes using thermal transfer technology with a print area of up to 5" (127 mm) x 4.173" (106 mm). Now it is also faster than ever at 1000mm per second. Maximum production time is attained with our cassette loaded ribbon changer which accepts large 400 meter rolls of transfer foil.

In addition to our unique foil-saving feature that electronically adjusts the foil index length to maximize the number of prints per roll, we have two new methods of saving ribbon: The retraction method and the fading method. Controls are mounted in a remote control box thereby reducing the size of the printer making for easy installation on all intermittent motion packaging machines. The EasyPrint i also employs a power interruption safety lock so when the ribbons cassette is removed no operation of internal components can take place.
