Tisma Machinery (Elk Grove Village, IL) now offers its patented Sequential Transfer(TM) servo-controlled product metering device for use in the pharmaceutical or medical industries.

It consists of a trapezoidal endless chain-flighted conveyor, a servo motor drive and a screw mechanism that enables the conveyor to change its geom-etries to meet upstream and downstream demands. The machine shown here is integrated with Tisma's Model TC-60 intermittent-motion horizontal cartoner and two GUK leaflet folder/feeders.
