Change over between caps on a production line can be dangerous and time consuming. If you don't have room in your facility or are unable to spare the expense for a platform, employees may be forced to climb up on ladders and manually handle any chute change overs. You can now pick your cap on the HMI and pneumatic cylinders will extend or contract, pushing plates to allow access for only the correct cap.
