Conveyorized band sealer
Seal heights are 2 in. off the conveyor up to 13 in. off the conveyor. Unit features variable speeds of up to 35 ft./min.
Unit is designed with 5 in. long heating zone and 5 in. long cooling zone for greater flexibility in product sealing of difficult materials, with temperatures up to 450 deg. +/-2 degrees F. Hard chrome plated sealing bars, followed by nickel plated cooling section, reduces wear assuring longevity of use.
