This modular system produces block bottom corner sealed (QUAD) or side gusset style bags. The bags are formed, filled and sealed, then inserted into a cassette system, which automatically folds and trims the top of the bag and attaches a label and/or consumer-convenient tin-tie closure.
The system also integrates an internal or external de-gassing valve application, and offers rapid programmable changeover to accommodate a variety of bag styles, sizes and full volumes.
