The vf/f/s machine can pack 220 bags/min on a rotary jaw configuration, has efficiencies greater than 95%, and reject rate of less than 0.5%. Production speeds are further increased by the machineโ€™s ability to perform rapid film and former changes in less than a minute. Jaws, knives, and drive belts can each be changed in 60 sec. Machine is equipped with digital and servo technology, eliminating 60% of moving parts.
