PearceWellwood adopts Nulogy's cloud co-pack software to serve leading brands

Cloud-based software will manage co-packing and quality, while integrating with the company's broader enterprise system.

Brampton, Ontario-based PearceWellwood, a full-service supplier of point-of-purchase solutions to leading brands including Bic, Starbucks and Adidas, has selected software from Nulogy to manage its contract packaging operations. 
 
PearceWellwood's business encompasses contract packaging and more, from package design and corrugated manufacturing and assembly to point-of-purchase display co-packing and warehouse/distribution management. 
 
The company will deploy Nulogy's cloud-based, or SaaS/Software as a Service solution, including PackManager and QCloud. PackManager, which will be integrated with PearceWellwood's enterprise resource planning system, Amtech Imaginera. PackManager will manage contract packaging operations by automating manual processes to reduce labor costs and errors, improve inventory accuracy/tracking and analyze job profitability for improved estimating speed and accuracy. The QCloud quality control software will help maintain compliance with quality standards. 
 
The implementation, now underway, will help enhance operational quality to "improve many of our processes," according to Sush Mahalanobis, senior vice president of PearceWellwood, stressing the importance of "an integrated touch-point solution for top retail brands." 
 
Jason Tham, CEO of Nulogy, cited PearceWellwood's business vision for how the software can "help them grow and reach their goals.”
