Supplier news: International agreements

Montell Polyolefins (Hoofddorp, the Netherlands), Showa Denko K.K. (Tokyo, Japan) and Nippon Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. (Tokyo, Japan) have announced their intention to establish a joint venture in Japan, to be named Japan Polyolefins Co., Ltd.

(Tokyo, Japan). Target date for launching the new company is May 1, 1999.
