—WCB de Mexico (Mexico City, Mexico) has recently joined the INC2inc (Dallas, TX) marketplace.

—RevTech (Edison, NJ) announced the first beverage plant licensee of its patented and patent-pending envirogluv glass decorating technology with Voss (Oslo, Norway).

—Tekni-Plex, Inc. (Somerville, NJ) has formed a subsidiary, Tekni-Plex, Argentina in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

—Saxco Intl., Inc. (Horsham, PA) has purchased the packaging distribution assets of Wine Bottle and Packaging Inc. (Toronto, Ontario, Canada).

—Eastman Chemical Co. (Kingsport, TN) has entered into an alliance with Lurgi Oel Gas Chemie GmbH (Frankfurt, Germany).

—Rexam PLC (London, England) will join five of its mfg. and importing companies under the name Rexam Beauty Packaging. Rexam also will purchase the remaining 45.45% of Pechiney’s (Paris, France) share interest in American National Can Group, Inc. (Chicago, IL)

—Sonoco (Charlotte, NC) has opened Trident USA, a graphics management group and sister operation of Trident U.K. (Beverly, East Yorkshire, U.K.).

—International Paper (Purchase, NY) has opened a new beverage packaging plant in El Salvador, a joint venture with Cajas y Bolsas S.A. (Soypongo, El Salvador).
