Ultravac accommodates vacuum or modified-atmosphere bulk packaging of pork loins, whole beef primals, or two 40-lb cheese blocks at a time and permits evacuating, gas flushing, and sealing a pouch in one chamber while the other chamber is open for loading. Machine includes an easy-to-lift, clear-view, dome-shaped swing lid that provides 12” of usable vertical interior space and houses 2 seal bars. Each bar produces a 10mm-W (.39”), leak-free hermetic seal.
