A better butter package

Sparksfarm1, Founder/President, NY Foods LLC, Packager

We are a farmer-owned company with a local, certified, organic dairy in New York state. At present, we are selling milk, eggs, and cheese. We have a great butter that we sell to chefs, but we need an 8-oz package for retail. We would prefer to roll the butter and then put it in a sustainable wrap of some kind. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated. greenerpackage.com/node/3324
