IPak Machinery Introduces Space Saving S Series TF-100 Tray Former

This newest addition to IPak’s servo-based product line is the company’s smallest footprint servo-based machine, 56 percent smaller than its TF-200 model, yet the machine features advanced capabilities and precise servos that create high quality, aesthetically pleasing tray packages.

With its new model TF-100, IPak, powered by Pro Mach, proves you don’t need a lot of floor space to get advanced technology and high quality, aesthetically pleasing tray packages. The TF-100 is IPak’s smallest footprint servo-based machine yet, 56% smaller than its TF-200 model, making it an immediate industry leader in saving production space.

The TF-100 also includes advanced capabilities, such as handling non-rectangular blanks, Nordson Liberty melt on demand glue system, fully loaded 8” touch screen HMI controls, product changeovers in less than 10 minutes, and servo driven components. IPak’s precise servos allow greater control of speed, monitoring, diagnostics, and sequence programming that translates into higher performance, with less packaging waste and increased cost savings. Less force during forming also allows softer handling, a quieter machine, and more pleasing tray displays where aesthetics and performance are paramount.
