Heavy duty stainless steel design with polished welds on all horizontal surfaces to protect from "dust" build up. There are no spot welds and no open seams to allow potential product contamination.
The "Challenger" is equipped with "3-D" detecting system which includes a dust compensator and built-in spike controller. Sensor sensitivity automatically self-adjusts to offset the gradual accumulation of "dust" on the sensor window.
