This new capsule filler from MG2 completes and takes center stage in a technological constellation, conceived from the outset as a set of complementary elements and now composed of three models: Essentia, Electa, and Experta.

First, the learning curve for operators is extremely short, thanks to the know-how acquired on existing models like Electa and Essentia. Second, spare parts inventory is optimized.”
This trio forms a technological constellation now completed by Experta, at the heart of a project that also inherits a valuable legacy from Planeta, MG2 best seller with over 300 active installations. Among its key strengths is the ability to handle a wide variety of product types and combinations, with machine configuration versatility further enhanced by the E Series platform and HCD approach.
Experta represents the most complete solution for managing product combinations with a speed of up to 100.000 capsules/hour and integrated weight control systems - both statistical and 100% net (NETT and MultiNETT).
Thanks to the design approach that defines the entire E Series, Experta offers unprecedented ergonomics and accessibility, simplifying size changeover, cleaning, and maintenance, also due to the reduced number of components requiring intervention.
The hardware and software platforms are ready for future evolutions and entirely developed by MG2 R&D. A 21-inch HMI and a design featuring clean lines and high-quality surfaces reflect the quality and robustness that have always been hallmarks of the MG2 offering, which has been further improved.
