The Kason screener employs two imbalanced-weight gyrating motors mounted on opposing exterior sidewalls of the unit, lessening the height operators must lift heavy bags of ingredients. The FLO-THRU low-profile, high-capacity screener can be equipped with an air-lift device for disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and screen changes. Both the screener and air-lift device come in diameters from 18 to 84 in., and can be manufactured to comply with domestic and international sanitary standards, such as 3-A, FDA, and BISSC. ATEX- and UL explosion-proof compliant low-profile screeners are available.
