Conveyorized bag sealer features flexible state-of-the-art HMI

Plexpack’s Emplex MPS 7500 vacuum sealer with gas flush capabilities provides high quality hermetic seals on moisture barrier bags, with capabilities of sealing bags up to 12 mil 6, at speeds of up to 20 bags per minute. The vacuum sealer and gas flush paramaters can be easily setup and monitored from a single point with the new easy-to-use touchscreen HMI from B&R while the PLC provides precise repeatable setting and calibration of sealing speed, temperature and pressure from a single point.
