These systems include solutions for unoriented product label inspections (the Mosaic Compact), oriented product label and content inspection (the V6300), plastic container formation (the RPC) and, for the first time, a smart camera offering for manufacturers willing to perform installation on their own (the Integrity Inspection Kit). All of METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision's turnkey systems utilize B&R industrial PCs running CIVCore® 11 control software and feature integrated motion controls and the ability to communicate with other plant equipment and systems using OMAC PackML PackTags.
Mosaic Compact
Making its debut at Pack Expo, the newly redesigned Mosaic Compact provides a slim inspection solution for round, un-oriented product labels and print and features automatic camera adjustments to make part changeovers even easier. The system's design meets IP65 standards for washdown environments, making it ideal for food production facilities. The Mosaic Compact's paneling technology gives more accurate inspection results on print, code and graphics quality than traditional stitching methods—and functions at higher speeds too. Like the V6300, the Mosaic Compact is running CIVCore® 11, ensuring ease of operation.
Integrity Inspection Kit
Long demanded by our customers, CI-Vision's Integrity Inspection Kit (IIK) is a fully modular smart camera solution for manufacturers with enough vision experience to set up their own inspection program. Not to say the IIK is difficult to set up—the kit can be configured with a camera patch panel that integrates into existing control panels, a drop in panel that integrates into existing electrical cabinets, or a complete electrical cabinet of its own. Whatever parts manufacturers need, and nothing they don't. The IIK is making its debut at Pack Expo, with a display that shows off its unique software and compact design.
V6300
An expandable and highly versatile vision inspection platform, the V6300 turned heads at its debut two years ago and continues to do so to this day. Providing accurate label and content inspection applications for oriented products, the configuration on display will run CIVCore® 11, the latest version of CI-Vision's inspection software. The user-friendly interface (with integrated B&R motion controls) puts powerful inspection tools at your fingertips.
RPC
With a commanding presence in the bottle blower world for years, CI-Vision is bringing its RPC inspection system to show off their formation and contamination inspection capabilities, including a telecentric lens setup for ultra-accurate contaminant detection.
