Vision inspection system for full PET containers
The PETtec provides fill level and cap application analysis down to the individual filler valve and capper/closer heads so that line operations can be fine-tuned to maximum efficiency with minimum rejects. The machine comes equipped with an intuitive, touchscreen user interface for easy access to batch data, reject trends, and filler and capper performance reports. Product changeover occurs with the touch of a button, and helpful “wizards” can walk users through machine function.
