Pace Packaging, powered by Pro Mach, is featuring its versatile, high-speed Pharma-line Model 400CE bottle unscrambling system at Pack Expo International, November 2-5, Booth 2134, South Hall.

The Pharma-line 400CE handles multiple bottle formats and sizes for liquids and tablets at line speeds of 300+ per minute. Standard bottle formats include rounds, squares, rectangles, ovals and jars, with options for custom containers.

The compact, stainless-steel Pharma-line 400CE, boasts industry leading tool-less changeover in less than 10 minutes, an important consideration for many pharmaceutical, vitamin, and nutraceutical packagers which typically run multiple SKUs and product configurations. Simple, easy to use design provides floor level access and complete viewing of machine operations. Options include an integrated inline ionized air rinse and concurrent vacuum system.

“Today’s pharmaceutical lines are operating at higher speeds than ever,” said Glenn Kelley, Pace Packaging’s Vice President of Sales. “Our Pharma-line 400CE offers real value to customers by aligning our machines capacity with our customer demands for increasing production. Pace continues to offer the most efficient and most capable bottle unscrambling solutions to the pharmaceutical industry.”
