The hybrid innovation features printed, premium-quality Printkote® SBS blanks instead of lightweight paper wraps. Blanks are joined to scored chipboard stiffeners using 2 unique processes to create durable carton structures. The clean, straight lines and strong corners make the cartons suitable for cosmetic and other consumer products. Evolution2’s SBS substrate masks the rough surface of the chipboard stiffener that often shows through a set box’s paper wrap. Additionally, the SBS blanks are more substantial than paper wraps, so they allow for deeper embossing.
