Instead, the recyclable OptiLedge features a lightweight, 1-way, L-shaped unit load transport device as an alternative base that conforms to the size and shape of individual unit loads. Constructed of high-impact copolymer PP, each pair of load carriers weighs approx. 2 lb. Available in high- and low-profile models, OptiLedge accommodates load capacities to 3ꯠ lb (dynamic) or 10ꯠ lb (static). System includes set of load carriers, machines for mfg. the OptiLedge, machines for assembling unit loads, and support technology.
