As the latest introduction from George Gordon Associates, Inc., the system brings rugged design for high efficiency and low ownership cost. In conservative floor space the TCS produces folded towels from 12" x 12" up to 24" x 24" with various non-woven materials. Cut-off length may be varied from 12" up to 24" with an easy mechanical changeover. A series of precision air jets make the cross fold with no moving parts for easy maintenance. The new, single lane, simplified horizontal stacking system will collect and stack towels, up to twenty-five (25), depending on the material.

Other improvements include safety items, web support, tracking, and tension control. Low cost and flexibility for specialty non-woven applications characterize the system.
