Automatically inflates and dispenses 3/4" height Barrier Bubble cushioning material at 21 sq'/min, which retains more than 95% of its original thickness and absorbs 60% more of the transmitted shock than lofted paper packaging after 3 drops from 30”. An auto-replenishment sensor keeps portable storage bins filled for on-demand packaging. Offered with 3 dispensing options: on-line dispensing with foot pedal control; bulk transfer dispensing arm increases accumulation to 253 sq’/production cycle; and a roll maker to make 36" dia bundles of cushioning material.
