Brampton Engineering, Inc: Air ring for blown film

Brampton Engineering (Brampton, Ontario, Canada) says its new Eliminator air ring improves production of blown film. Provides good bubble stability and gives processors flexibility by enabling lines to handle a wider range of materials with different melt strengths.

The air ring handles blow-up ratios of 1.5:1 up to 5:1 and structures of up to 10 layers. The product is the first air ring with calibrated settings to allow reproducible results.
